Francine is known as "The Twig Diva" for her many folk art twig creations. Each piece of work is hand painted and complemented with red dogwood twigs, crape myrtle branches, chestnut twigs, dried leaves, seed pods, dried fruit, pine cones or natural raffia. Her twig creations include hand painted checkerboard tables, chalk boards, mirror frames, bird feeders, bird houses and serving trays. Francine uses various types of wood planks that include Northern White Cedar, Ash, Walnut, Brazilian Tiger Wood, Splated Maple, Wormy Chestnut and Pennsylvania Barn Siding.

Francine also donates her twig creations to local community organizations for their fundraisers.

Originally from Los Angeles, California, Francine now makes her home in Candler, North Carolina. Her other interests are gardening, travel, music, reading and cooking.
